Morning Reflections

Crazy. Each time I get back into tech it’s cheaper and better. Nice screen, snappy performance, loads of features for an almost silly price. Shame Web OS was a flop, it really is a smooth, logical system, and so much more comprehensive than iOS.

Interesting now that Apple is The Big Bad. I don’t miss it, not for a second.

We seem to have come at it from the wrong end of things: if it’s broken, throw money at it. My nephew made an amusing and accurate observation while we examined the purpose of three waist-high rocks laid on the corner of access to a parking lot.

“There’s a problem, throw a rock at it!” and we laughed, but at that moment he had pinpointed a very basic reaction we sometimes have. Those rocks weren’t painted yellow as hazard warnings, and I wonder at the cost of the quarry sourced stones.

Simple and purposeful dividers or a large neat looking blocks could have served the same end in a more civilized appearing manner. Though they do have a somewhat buy topamax online natural look.

Just how much are we enacting, choosing with the foundation of our society in mind? From my vantage, nifty sky piercing buildings are fascinating, and can serve us marvelously. However, never have I seen more vacant, expensive business offices and retail properties in the near four decades of my life.

Feels like autumn, spring’s morning chill misting my breath on the air like midday smoke. Come a long way for so little, so much, damage. Hope, some drive, passion and truth. The latter not unexpected and certainly welcome.

Surrey has more suspicious glares than any other city I’ve lived in. So much to do; with this focus and clarity the energy goes to the right place and people. I don’t feel limited, though constantly aware of my weakness.

Early morning thoughts are fresh like dew, almost virginal. Unafraid, unbalking and meandering. Closer now to what I want by means of who I am. There is no irony here; have always been me, just now more than ever before.
